Incorrect IB Symbols

Hi, I recently installed Sierra Chart on a new computer. The IB symbols downloaded on the new computer are incorrect, which keeps giving the error message "Symbol is unknown, Click for symbol information..., Download Failed". For example, HAL for Haliburton is downloaded as Horizon Active Canadian Div. I set up IB symbols and IB API just as per the instructions provided by Sierra Chart. When I launch IB and Sierra charts on the old computer, all IB symbols are downloaded correctly. Both computers run Windows 10 operating system. I double checked that I have market data from IB are subscribed. Please help. Thank you in advance. Anil |

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set Service Settings >> Default Currency Code to "USD".
