Error moving C:\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\SierraChart.exe file to the folder C:\SierraChart\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.

Disable any security software running on your computer.

And make sure Sierra Chart is not running during the installation process and try again.

I was able to update versions by changing the security setting on my C Drive to allow full control for users. I believe this was part of a recent update for Windows 10. Thanks
