We just need a few more minutes on this. It relates to the additional data to signify the beginning and ending of an unbundled trade. Apparently that data is not getting passed through properly when downloaded as historical data.

This was something that had not been previously tested but we did not expect any problem like this.

This problem is now resolved. Right click on the chart before Sunday 2017-7-23, and select Delete and Download Data.

This only needs to be done once per symbol.

If you still have a problem with a CME futures chart, then go to that chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
