Attached is the Logs file. The 7/23/17 entry this morning indicates, I think, when I was having trouble downloading the most recent Sierra Chart update.

Disable any security software running on your computer other than those from Microsoft.

And make sure Sierra Chart is not running during the installation process and try again.
