I set a sell stop about $2 higher than market ($1250). SC sold the position at current prices with a market order, taking me out of the position. Why does SC do that? Am I supposed to use stop limits? This is a non-simulated order. Sierra Chart does not fill non-simulated orders. Those are filled by the exchange or external trading service. Anyway, this is the wrong side. You needed to use a Buy Stop instead. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
