Hello:

My name is Jerry In the past I have been a CQG user.

3 weeks ago I signed up for a Sierra trial, and was able to use the 2 week trial however because of sickness in the family, only had it for one day.
Trial expired and I was advised by Amp today to resign again, using a different email, which I did. Original trial was **m,
new e-mail for 2nd trial is **. After being on with Amp, they found that I have been locked out by Sierra for security and to many attempts to log on.
I do have Sierra platform downloaded, I do have new account credentials, but again unable to log in.
Can you help or advise me please?

AMP was mistaken to tell you to create a new account and to use a different email.

They should not tell users that.

You only need to ask for a trial extension. This is all.
