Horizontal lines and candlestick size/location

This might be a general question but the case I am having now is with Horizontal lines I am having trouble as when I add levels the candlestick become so small to accommodate these levels while I want the candles to be the main part of the chart and only see the levels when the price is close to them. This will probably apply to other cases like Auto Retracement/projection where for example I might want to always see the 50% (understating that this might effect the candles location) but not the 100% |

Yes, that's my focus now, however, I am also trying to understand in general how does that work/configured with studies like the like Auto Retracement/projection
