Edit Global System Settings triggers 'Encountered an improper argument'

Hi, On a machine running build 1580, when the button, 'Edit Global System Settings' is clicked a error message is surfaced that reads 'Encountered an improper argument' (see attached video). Any insights into how to remediate this? Thanks. |
