Hi there, I have a gain capital futures account and for some reason I can't connect properly. I am on a 15 day trial, does this affect getting data? |

I've done everything that was instructed. The message board does not come up with any errors. All it does is flash "connecting" and then "waiting to reconnect". It does that for ages. I've gone through the steps multiple time and still get the same results. Please see uploaded image. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1499242512521.png I've also ensured that the 3rd party software has been checked to "enabled". |
