I am attempting to set up an account to preview SIERRA CHARTS for use as a platform for trading at AMP futures. I am receiving error messages on client name. I do not understand

The Account Name and Password is the same as what you have used to log into this Support Board. We see you are currently logged in to Sierra Chart. So no problem with that. Do you know if your AMP trading account is set up on the CQG or Rithmic backend trading platform services? If so, which one? Most likely CQG.
