Hi,

I am trying to place orders but getting this below message can you please check ?

Requesting order status for non-responsive order. | Symbol: ESU7 | TradeAccount: ******* | InternalOrderID: 67431 | 2017-06-26 06:03:14 *
Order Error - Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server. Internal Order ID: 67431. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: ESU7 | 2017-06-26 06:03:44 *

Apparently this problem is no longer occurring?

Gain Capital has no idea about it at this time but it was certainly a problem on their FIX server. That is clear based upon the messages.


There were three problems:
Missing fields in execution reports.
FIX server not accepting orders and not even responding to them.
An error on their side indicating a reference was not sent to an object.

Yes, we understand but there is nothing we can do from our side.
