Hello, I am seeing some discrepancies on the quote board in the ChangeFromOpen fields. Is there a way fix this this? The values are off quite a bit. Also the DlyChange% field has stopped updating for the forex-x indexes. Thanks in advance.

Is the Daily Open value as you would expect for the symbol? Also the DlyChange% field has stopped updating for the forex-x indexes Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I hadn't looked at that, but no the daily open on the quote board is off as well by about 60pips from the prior close on the EUR/USD. Thanks

The Daily Open is not always going to match the prior settlement. So you are noticing an issue with the symbol EURUSD? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Yes, I understand the bid widening there on the close can create a discrepancy. Honestly it looks a lot better today so maybe just something that was fixed when the day rolled over idk but I'm not particularly worried about it anymore as daily change seems more or less correct. However, I do have one other question for you. What is the best way to go about correcting gaps in the cfd data. For instance, I have gaps across the GBP pairs from when the election poll was released? Is there a setting to fill these types of gaps without correcting the bar manually? Thanks for your help. -Alex Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-06-09 17:41:34

There is no study or setting that does this. However, a study could be developed.
