We currently have an interruption with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is affecting most CME channels. We do still see data for GC and CL.

There might be other symbols providing data, but for example ES is not.

This appears to be a network issue and Barchart who is the vendor of record and provides the network connectivity and exchange feeds, has been notified. Even their own OpenFeed is not delivering any CME data.

For the time being, to use the data feed provided by your Trading service and not the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you need to uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After changing the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds setting, reconnect to the data feed with the File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed commands on the menu.

We now understand the reason for the problem.

From Barchart:
Our CME-A is down after CME made changes on Saturday night.

So we switched to CME B feeds. We still do not have the snapshot feed, but that is not going to prevent the transmission of real-time data. There is some missing historical data for some contracts on the CME. Historical data for NYMEX, COMEX, CBOT is not affected.

More information about the underlying issue:
CME-A is back up and running. The problem was a misconfiguration on
the CME side (BGP) after their Saturday evening maintenance work.

Never mind, must have been a glitch of some sort. Restarted & all is well.

We are looking into this. We do see an interruption on one of the servers.

This is now resolved. Not sure why this was not brought up earlier because we can see that both the Nymex and CME had interruptions on one of the servers apparently due to the same problem. The A feeds apparently went down again later on.
