Hi, I'm using ver 1307. When I to download the current version (old spreadsheets) it just downloads and installs 1307 again?

If you need to use Old Spreadsheets you cannot update beyond 1307. Although you could manually install 1310 but that is as high as you can go for Old Spreadsheet support.
