Unable to cancel LIVE order / GAIN Capital OEC feed problem.

I have a live order on my charts that I cannot get rid off/cancel. Using the GAIN feed, that has been down for a while I have that frozen order there and not sure what to do about it. It seems the feed is back on but I cannot cancel the order from the chart. The Service Log says: Order cancellation failed/Order cancel reject. Text: Order already in pending cancel or pending replace state. It has been the same for last 15minutes but cannot get it off the chart, just hoping the order is truly cancelled. Restarted and reconnected the feed multiple times. |

Call Gain Capital on the phone and cancel the order. Or try doing that through Gain Capital trader software.
