Hey guys I'm looking to build a trading pc. I understand in general terms cpu power, multiple cores, ssd, more ram is always better. In more specific terms where will my money be best spent? I will be running SC and infinity platform only nothing else will be running or even installed on pc.im not sure if 4 cores will even be utilized over two. Or would I be better served with a dual core but better clock speed or more ram so on. I know this is a loaded question but I'm just looking for some quick guide not a detailed answer thank you

You should definitely get a quad core CPU with 16 gigabytes of memory and an SSD. These are the basic minimums.

Basic minimums aside, what is the best for using SC?
