Hello, I have paid for SC real time data connection and full CME exchange fee, but when I choose SC data services-all it says download failed... I have restarted SC several times but still have the same problem. On main data/trade service window "allow support for sierra chart datafeeds" is checked. I have a broker account with Interactive brokers and when I switch to them I donĀ“t have problem with feed. Any suggestions how should I set this up? |

The symbols are different between Interactive Brokers and SC Data-All Services. Depending upon which Service you want to use you will need to change the symbols of the charts.
