I am having issues today with Sierra chart stopping working. I connect without difficulty, but when I try to load certain chartbooks I get an error message stating "sierra charts stopped working", and it shuts down. Some chartbooks do open, so if I use those, it's find unless I attempt to change which market I'm looking at (such as switching from YM to ZB). I'm not positive, but this may be correlated with when renewed my McAfee antivirus software as I wasn't running any antivirus software before. Do you know what I can do to remedy this problem.

The first thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version by following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update

If there still is a problem, refer to help topic 17:

Usually antivirus software causes connectivity problems and high CPU usage.

It seems now that the problem is only occurring when I try to switch to the ZB market?

OK, I followed the instructions regarding the Advanced Custom Studies and I determined which one was the problem. Luckily- it is a study I do not need, so I got rid of it.
Problem is now resolved! THANK YOU!!!
