Hi - I've had a query from a user about the times that the EOD commodities charts we are using update. We are using the following charts: HG*: Copper SL*: Silver ZL*: Soybean Oil CL*: Crude Oil CC*: Cocoa GC*: Gold Is there a set time when these charts update - and allow our study to calculate any potential signal? - as the user claims it's "a bit random" - personally I've not tried to see when an EOD chart updates, but I'm trying to answer this question. There is not a set time. They will update at least once a day. It can seem random. The best procedure is around 17:30 US Eastern time, select this command to bring the charts up to date: Edit >> Download Data for All Historical Charts.
