Hello, i pay directly for first time. I wish to trade options. As i know i may pay $35/month but Sierra is offering to pay $45/month only. How can i get package for $35? Regards Miroslav |

Why i CAN'T connect Sierra with Interactive Brokers? [Not enabled in package].

In past i was with AMP. Payments for Data were did through AMP. Now I'm with Interactive Brokers and payments for Data are made directly by me to you. You charged $5. My log in to Sierra is still the same. Sierra is still now receiving Data and i can't connect TWS with Sierra. I don't know what to do. Please help. |

Well. Now i oppened new account with you. And new questions appeared. How to tranfer funds from last account to the new one? |

We will transfer any existing Services Balance over to your new account, but the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is active on your AMP associated Sierra Chart account, cannot be moved. You will need to deactivate that on the AMP account and it will end at the end of this month, and you will need to activate it on your new own direct account.
