Can't place orders through Optimus/Rithmic demo

I opened a demo account with Optimus Futures and tried to run an automated spreadsheet study.
I'm connected to the Rithmic demo feed which came with the Optimus demo.
Trade simulation mode is off and "Send Orders to Trade Service" is on.

Yet when a signal appears, no order is placed. I can't place manual orders either.

This is the trade log:

According to the log, Rithmic is rejecting the order.

I'd like to forward test my spreadsheet system on demo first before I go live. How can I do that?

I've already figured out that when I turn Trade simulation mode back on and "Send Orders to Trade Service" off, Sierra will place demo trades.

So when Trade simulation mode is off and "Send Orders to Trade Service" is on and Sierra is connected to a live data feed, it'll place live trades, is this correct?

I just want to be sure before going live.
