Ever since Ive installed Sierra Chart at least once a day my computer freezes to the point where I cant do anything. Mouse doesnt work, doesnt respond to ctl/alt/del etc. I literally have to manually turn off my computer every time to restart it. On top of that, it takes Sierra Chart almost 5 min to load my charts once I open it. Please help.

Refer to help topic 30: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often The first step is to not use your existing Chartbooks. And start a new simple one. Also are using the Market Depth Historical Graph study? at least once a day my computer freezes to the point where I cant do anything.
This is going to be an issue with your entire system. Not with Sierra Chart. You may need to get a more capable computer.
