This can be done by using two instances of the Daily OHLC study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=137#Daily_OHLC One of them referencing the current day and another one referencing the prior day. You can then use the Study Subgraphs Average study to calculate the average that you want.
