I am subscribed for Dow Jones Indices but can not obtain intraday data for some symbols e.g. $DSCH, $DSAE & $DSAP. Message Log shows: Symbol Error - $DSCH is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Failed to Subscribe to Contract | 2017-05-03 06:01:45 Historical Daily data loads OK Intraday works OK for some symbols e.g. $DOWT, $DOWV & $DSBK. Tried Global Settings / Symbol Settings / Full reset on primary instance but did not help. Please advise. |

All working apart from $DSCE. On daily chart no data after 15th March 2017 (same on Barcharts website)so appears to have been stopped or renamed. Please add $DSAI so that I can have access to intraday data for this index, which also covers electronics sector. Thank you. |

I am trialling a subscription to the Dow Jones Indexes feed but I'm struggling to find what I want (I have checked the list on the relevant page). What I'm trying to load (historical charts for homework) are the following indices in the US and globally: $INX $INDU $COMPX $RUT $E1DOW $GBDOWD $HKDOWD $KRDOWD $JPDOWD $DJSFIND $DJCHINA If these are not in the Dow indices please excuse my ignorance. Do you know how I load historical charts of these symbols ? Thanks |

Not all of those symbols are Dow Jones index symbols. The Dow Jones ones that Sierra Chart does not already have listed, we will add those.
