I have changed the session times on my chart to 08:00AM - 7:59AM so that my daystart line draws at 08:00.

The problem is when I use the day high low study, the high/low levels are not in the right place. I think it might be using the global session time instead of my local session time.
If I am right then how can I change it?

I have changed session time so that daystart line and volume profiling start from 08:00 UK time, but I dont know if it has any negative impact that I should be aware of.

Thank you.

What are the Input settings you are using for the Daily OHLC study? Make sure Use this Intraday Chart input is set to Yes.

Provide an image of the chart, by following these instructions:

You can use whatever Session Times you want. It does not matter.

Decrease the spacing in the chart and adjust the bar timeframe so that we can see two days of data in the chart.

The output of the Daily OHLC study looks correct to us. But we cannot verify 100 percent because we do not have the ability to interact with the chart with the Chart Values tool.

The study is working but it is calculating its values from another time period. I want the lines to start from 08:00 GMT and not from wherever its getting its values from.

You need to change the Reference Days Back Input to 0.

You need to refer to the documentation:
