Symbol HG fails to update

I have SC real-time and configured for 10 symbols. I only have eight open and HG fails to updated although the others are fine. I also received a message while rolling over the contract, "symbol is unknown."

Understand when you are working with a low symbol limit like that, you are going to run into problems like this. Assuming that is the reason but most likely. You need to update to the higher symbol level.
