Hello! I use SC through AMP trading firm. i`d like to watch chart (1H) of historical data for DOWT (dow jones transportation index). I choosed DOWT from "indexes (real time)", but i get message on chart "Symbol is unknown, download failed". What problem? |

when i open "indexes" there is no DOWT. DOWT is only in "indexes (real time)", but it is not loaded.

i tried. i installed second copy of SC. To connect ot data service (not to CQG i am using) i choosed from list data/trade service setting "SC Data - All Services" not enabled on package. so do i need to pay for it?

i tried my previous SC direct account (i used 4 years ago), the trial expired. so no service package is activated now. But i have opened account at Gain Capital/OEC. I got trial SC. Connect to Gain Capital using "Data/trade service settings". But still it is the same: "indexes" there is no DOWT. DOWT is only in "indexes (real time)", but it is not loaded. I loaded DOWT from SC direct login, but it is limited to february of 2017. I cant download more historical data. How can i download more historical data (back to 2009) for DOWT? |

You need to use the service in Sierra Chart named SC Data-All Services.
