I am noticing today that the response time in a couple of my chartbooks (ZB and ES) is unusually slow. When I move the cursor there is a pretty good lag in the time it takes for it to catch up. There is also a lag when I place and adjust orders. This is not the case for another chartbook (ZN) as everything is very fluid. Could there be some sort of setting that I may need to adjust? Any help or direction on how to resolve this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Refer to help topic 30: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often This is going to be graphics related and depend upon what is being displayed. One way to verify that it is graphics related is to increase the spacing between the chart bars. That should make the chart faster. Ok but what might be a reason that a chartbook with the same number of charts and settings would work just fine but another one would lag? Could this have anything to do with my data feed through Gain or is it unrelated?
