Impossible to load CFD or open Intraday chart CFD of "SUI20" Swiss Market Index

Hi all For me it is impossible to load CFD or open Intraday chart CFD of "SUI20" Swiss Market Index. Only historical chart on a day to day basis impossible to laod. But for me is important to laod 2min, 5min, 10min 30min, 60min, etc. Can someone explain what the problem is because I can load ESP35, DAX30, CAC40. Regards, I.B. |

This is a CFD symbol from FXCM and it has been discontinued by them.

Hi All, Is it still possible to get are to laod 2min, 5min, 10min 30min, 60min, etc. from "SUI20" Swiss Market Index" a another way. Can Sierra Chart solve this problem/issue? Regards, I.B. |

For the Swiss Market Index, go to File >> Find Symbol >> Futures- Indices. The symbol begins with SZ. Open a chart for that futures contract. Hi All, Are sure about the symbol "SZ" for the Swiss Market Index. I can not find it in the futures contract environment I only see "SMI" but is not working properly Regards, I.B. |

The symbol we gave is when using SC Data-All Services. You are using Interactive Brokers. So the symbol pattern is SMI-######-SOFFEX-CHF-10. This is in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. Open a chart for the June contract for this symbol. Hi All, This morning I open the Swiss Market Index "SMI-######-SOFFEX-CHF-10" chart. I can see everything, but the chart is not moving, it remain/stay on one place (Date: 28April2017, Time: 8:20). Why is the chart moving? Regards, I.B. |
