I recently upgraded SC to version 1545...I want to rollback to a previous version. How do I know what version (#)I was on before? When I go to the installer and select specific version I dont know what to put in there? I would like the last version I ran if possible.

Thanks

Tom

Looks like you might have been running version 1540.

Follow through the instructions here:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

Are you having a problem with version 1545?

I am having issues with custom studies and 1545. Are you sure I was running 1540? Is there a list of previous versions?

No we are not sure exactly what prior version you were running.

There is no way we can definitively know that.

The problem you are having with your custom studies in newer versions most likely is they are compiled for version 1224 and earlier.

You will need to get the source code for them and recompile them on a current version. Refer to:

What would you do with a list of previous versions? It would be just a list of continuous numbers. Just simply enter the version number that you want into the installer.

" Just simply enter the version number that you want into the installer."

I dont know what the version numbers are???????? sequential, one after another for hundreds of them?

OK the version numbers are just integers. You must have some idea of the approximate version you were running? The current version is 1545.

The version numbers are sequential.

So you just need to enter an earlier version number.

After thinking about the reason for the problem, we recommend that you run version 1543.

We apologize for the issue.
