Custom study impracticable

Hello, time to time I can not see custom study in my charts. If I try to apply that concrete custom study in new chart it is impracticable. In the times when I can not see my custom studies Sierra allways opens after login Message Log window without any text. When the problem has began I had tried to apply the custom study at New Instance. Even here, however, these studies can not show. Moreover after opening of New Instance I can not to close the original instance. A Question in this case I'd already recorded on your board, but I did not get any response from you. We cannot really say what the problem is with your custom study because we do not know anything about it. However, everything else you mentioned is very unusual. Does not make any sense why you would have such problems like these: Message Log window without any text.
Moreover after opening of New Instance I can not to close the original instance.
