rithmic data no connection

I logged onto my platform this morning and all the doms have no depth and the main price charts havnt loaded since yesterday. All my chart settings are exactly the same.

What is going on. My rithmic connection appears to be fine.

There appeared to be a delay with the dtc bridge server box opening when I open the platform.

it says listening socket (296), port 2773 closed. Is it someo ther software interfering with this port?
