I'm having trouble creating a New Instance of SC on the same computer for use in a multi monitor application. Pretty sure its just a server setting issue but I've spent a long time messing with it. Can someone tell me whats wrong here? Exit from this additional instance. Go to the main instance of Sierra Chart and select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>SC Server Settings. Change the Listening Port to 11094. Do not use the port number you currently are. Also change the Historical Data Port to 11095. You do not have to use these exact numbers but do not use 1109 that you currently are. Great- connected now. 1 More question- My intra day data only appears to go as far back as to when I created the New Instance... Is something else not set to download the data needed to create a chart?
