Hi Sierra Support, I would like to report a problem I have today. I have been using your charts for HSI with data feed from RC Order Flow. There are altogether 3 charts that I normally use but one of them have not been showing the bars with only the price indicator remains active. I have attached screen shots from all 3 charts for your reference. I have consulted my friends who also use the same charts but it seems that only I am having this problem. Please kindly clarify the cause of the situation and I would much appreciate your support. Thank you, SY Tong |

Follow this procedure to remove any fill space on the right side of the chart: 1. Make sure there is no checkmark by Chart >> Lock Fill Space. 2. Set Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Default Right Side Fill Space to 0. 3. Select Chart >> Go to End of Chart. Let us know if that resolves the problem. Hi thanks for your prompt reply, however, the problem still exists. See attached the screenshot. What else can be done to resolve this?

We do not know what you have done with that chart configuration. Our recommendation is to close that chart and open a new one.
