I am not sure if there is any chance of this but I thought I would ask, maybe it can go onto the ACSIL improvements list? I use the main system Message log a lot for debugging & monitoring various variables and states of my ACSIL studies, it would be great if there was a dedicated ACSIL message log and related function like sc.AddMessageToACSILLog(MessageString, 1); this would keep the system log clean of user related stuff and for the user avoid the system interrupt messages that the system log is actually for. The lack of a direct user output interface was one of the main reasons I initially developed in the spreadsheet study environment which I have now abandoned due to their limitations; I am using ACSIL exclusively now and finding it amazingly powerful, having a dedicated ACSIL Message log would be a great addition. I had a quick look into maybe doing this with some sort of GUI code or a windows console but neither I believe are straight forward inside SC. Regards |

Our recommendation is to write to a text file the data that you need, and use a text editor to read that file.
