Can't connect after Current Version Update

Can't connect to Rithmic Data/Trading Service after updating to "Current Version". No Problem with SC, but no DTC-Bridge icon on toolbar.
Firewall customized to "Allow" both SC and DTC Bridge.
Will send Log Copy via "Send for Analysis" right now.

This is the relevant error message:

Not sure why that file does not exist. What we want you to do is install Sierra Chart again by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Here are instructions:

Downloading "Prerelease" worked for one instance on one computer and reconnected along with DTC-Bridge.exe.
On second computer/instance, after downloading "Prerelease", upon relaunch, Norton Security popped up a red-X alert that its "Sonar" had quarantined DTC-Bridge.exe as suspicious and possibly dangerous. I chose to "restore" it and am now connected. Interestingly, both computers run same Norton Suite. Thank you.
