Hi, I have this strange DOM appearance ...even after clicking Reset. Is that normal? Please see sizes displayed. Thank you |

The only thing we can advise is to reconnect to the data feed through the commands on the File menu: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers The market depth data from CQG is properly processed. Consider using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. The EuroFX contract trades in half-ticks (changed over a year ago). The DOM is in full-ticks. Thats why quantities seem to be between lines. I guess adjusting the symbol-settings or chart-settings of the DOM accordingly should fix this.

We think what they are pointing out is apparent missing levels.

AndyL - thanks for the idea. However if I still change settings to 5th decimal on the DOM and set tick size to 0.00005 it still shows strange. Please see attached.

SC team, I am still having problems even after reconnecting as advised. This is a new problem from today: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=149121033014.png This chart is set to 1min but if you just look at time scale below, it doesn't make sense, not every minute is recorded. Thank you |

Follow the instructions here to re-download the data for the last day and see if the missing data appears: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart After re-downloading the data, what you see definitely should then be correct.
