Missing data on forex charts

There are data missing on two of the forex charts I am using i.e. USDCAD and EURUSD. On USDCAD, I have entered 1000 days of data to be loaded but it would only load data as far back as Sep 2016 which is clearly less than 1000 days. I have tried 500 days as well but no joy. On EURUSD chart, there is a huge chuck of price data missing. I have attached both charts. |
