Login issues with TopStep credentials

While I have this one login for my cash account. I have just subscribed to TopStep and cannot log in to Sierra application using their credentials. My account name with TopStep is - username: makeadifference password: ********** account name: Mar22CCmakeadifference Please help. 1. You will need to contact Top Step Trader, and have them reset your Password. 2. To connect to Top Step Trader, you will need a direct Sierra Chart account. When you are using Sierra Chart that has been provided through an affiliate, you do not have a direct paid account with us, and you wish to access functionality that is not provided in your limited version, you must have an account with Sierra Chart directly and have a standard installation of Sierra Chart. To be clear, when using Top Step Trader, you will be connecting Sierra Chart to either Rithmic or CTS . Can I not use my Sierra account that I have with AMP for TopStep? Also TopStep made me change my market data connection from CTS to PTP. Does that work well either of the 2 options you mentioned above? |

Yes. And our understanding is Top Step Trader primarily uses Rithmic now.
