Hi, I closed down sierra chart this morning as normal, saved all charts etc. Logged in this afternoon and it's as if it's the first time I've used it. No settings have been saved. |

thanks that worked. seperate question. I am using the sierra / fxcm data feed. Any reson why one symbols .scid file is dramatically larger than another - with the same settings (charts duplicated) and same days of data to load? both chartbooks have 1hr and 1day charts with 365 & 500 days data respectively AUDJPY = 807789kb AUDUSD = 1333538 and counting |

The larger file has more data, and what primarily affects this is the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download setting: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
