My clock is way off from the server, and the normal solution on help topic 38 did not solve it. So here is my message log.

Your computers Time Zone is not correct.

It is off by three hours.

Run an Internet search on how to set the Time Zone on a Windows computer.

Help topic 38 explains that you need to set the time zone on the computer correctly. It has all of the relevant information.

Thank you, I reset my computer recently, and even though the time zone was wrong, the time on my computer display was correct. Once I adjusted the time zone, and then synced with the internet, the problem was solved. Thanks for the help.
