Hi, 1. I've gone through a lot of documentation r.e. data but can't get more than 4 days of historical data on my 5000 Volume per Bar intraday chart for the ES? I'd like to see the history of the last 30 days or so. I can't find anything wrong in my settings either. Please see attached screenshots of my Chart and Data Settings 2. How can I share my studies across multiple 'Volume per Bar' charts? I.e. if I want to share the Pivot Points across the 1000 volume bar chart, 5000 volume bar chart and the 25000 volume bar chart - how would I do that? 3. Lastly, is it possible to share the VPOC and VAH / VAL of let's say the 5000 'Volume per Bar' chart with the 1000 and 25000 'Volume per Bar' charts? |

1. You definitely should see the data. Re-download the data with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If there still is a problem, provide an image of the chart, by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image 2. We recommend using Study Collections for this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudyCollections.html 3. Use the Study/Price Overlay study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudyPriceOverlayStudy.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I'm still unable to view more than 4 days of historical data on my charts. Please look at the screenshots of the settings I have taken. I'm losing valuable trading time and need your urgent assistance please. SS1 - My 5000 Volume per Bar chart. I'm logged on to DTN IQ Feed. Can only go back 5 days Chart_Main Settings: Showing my main settings page Chart_Advanced Settings: Self Explanatory Chart_Advanced Settings 2: Self Explanatory Edit > Delete all Data and Download: Please note the popup box I'm getting. Why would it only want to download from end February 2017? File > Data Trade Service Settings: Showing my settings I find this process extremely tedious to mail my issues. If you need to Teamviewer into my box please let's organize it |

We only asked for a chart image following the instructions we gave in the link above. Not all of these screenshots. The most basic issue that we see is that it looks like you are not using the scroll bar at the bottom of the chart to scroll back in time. Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/WorkingWithCharts.html#ScrollingTheChart You should also be using this symbol: @ES# It is listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. When you re-download the data for the chart, the reason you see the starting date at February 27 is because you set that chart to be a Continuous Futures Contract chart and that is the date to start the download at for the June contract. Instead use the symbol @ES# Let us know if you need more help and we can use remote assistance then. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
