hello,

I use gain as my data provider and when i login to the OEC platform/DOM via the login credentials provided by my IB im able to see the multiple accounts i have setup under that login. However, I would prefer to not use OEC traders DOM to execute and would like to use sierra charts to execute in your platform/dom. When i use the same login credentials and login to Sierra charts I am unable to see multiple accounts setup in the drop down window on the DOM.

I am wondering how can I login to sierra via gain data fee and see the two seperate accounts i have setup under the DOM account drop down? I have one main login username/password credential for the multiple accounts i have setup.

Thanks

You need to specify the account identifiers through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

How to do this is explained at step 7 here:

I have entered both account identifiers but some reason on the drop down below the daily pnl row on the DOM it still shows one account not the multiple accounts i entered into the global settings.I have attached a pic to demonstrate my point on the DOM.

That is good. For the record, you just need to disable Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On.
