Copying screen images only works intermittently with 1522. I have to stop and restart Sierra to get it to work. Is there a fix for this issue? It makes it difficult to share examples with trading friends. Thanks, Bob |

This is not a problem with 1522. It sounds like there is a communication problem from your instance of Sierra Chart to the Sierra Chart Web server. Disable any security software running on your system. Most likely that is the problem. Are you running AVAST? A couple of users had a problem with that program causing an issue like this.
