I have a client who when he completes a sim trade he can view his simulated trades the day they are completed. However, after 24 hours his simulated trading activity is no longer visible in his trade activity log. What may be causing his simulated trades to disappear from his trade activity log? Thank you

Check the Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Number of Days to Save in Trade Activity Log settings:

Maybe there is a problem with the Date Range settings.
