Your account is set to renew for 12 months at service package 3. The only remaining step is to make a payment for 198 USD. We have sent you a PayPal payment request for 198. You just need to complete the payment when you receive that PayPal email. We did try making a payment using the card details you sent, but the payment was declined. So you would need to contact your bank about the reason why. Most likely because we tried making the payment from a non-US location.
