hi manager, question #1 every month, you charge me US equities fee $10.50 FULL CME 3.25 SC real time and historical exchange data fee $35 are these necessary? since i am paying these fees to IB and your data feed connected to IB question #2 do I set data service to "SC data" or "IB" ? |

Make sure Sierra Chart is connected to your live Interactive Brokers account to authorize the real-time CME data. Refer to:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#IntegrationWithTradingServices After that we want you to re-download the data again with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You need to set Sierra Chart to connect your Interactive Brokers account especially based on the symbol you are using.
