Is there a way to extend the line drawn by the swing indicator to the right until it hits either a price bar or the right side of the screen? That would make it more valuable for showing support/resistance when the high/low is to the left of the visible portion of the chart.

This is supported with the Swing High/Low study. I try to Study overlay Swing High Low with extend line until further intersection from a 1d chart to a 1 Min chart and It won't show up on the chart. I manage to show the extension lines with the copy extension line enable, the only problem is that they do not mimic the cancel when hit. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-26 22:52:53

Like this, It copies every single line no matter if it was removed by a price hit on the main chart.

ok I made a chartbook explaining the point. Chart Day and Hour are the main charts 1 min and 15min plot the studies in themself. Was wondering why it does not stop the line when it's cut from the main chart. But now, I kinda find a way to be helpful and, like it like that. But it can be nice if we can have both options available, to keep or not to keep all the extended lines from the main charts. |

The reason why the Extended Lines are not stopping is because most of them start (and end) well before the dates that are being displayed in the 1 minute chart. The 1 minute chart is only showing 11 days of data, whereas the Daily chart has 731 days. Therefore, the end date for those extension lines does not exist in the 1 minute chart so they are not stopped. If you set the two charts to have the same number of days, then they would show properly. On an aside, the lines for the Swing High/Low are not showing in the Overlay Chart since the Subgraphs are set to Ignore. To display them in the 1 minute chart you would need to change the Input for Use Styles and Widths from Source Study to No, then change the Subgraph style to a Line.
