the alert is in a study say it is set to alert 1 in global settings i have selected a wav file (third party wav file) to play for alert 1 i tested it - works fine there but in the study alert 1 plays the prev wav file |

prev wav file = i used sierra's built in sound file in the alert sounds folder in that folder i copy pasted my third party wav file |

So long as you have assigned the correct sound file to the correct Alert Number in General Settings, there should not be any problem with this.
