I went to global settings and then general settings - alert tab for alert 1. i chose a wav file. but sierra plays a diff alert - not the one i selected how to fix it bala |

In the Global Settings >> General Settings window, do you hear the correct sound when you press the Test Sound button?

Is there a study which is triggering this alert? You need to set the correct Alert Number for that study alert.
